A classic 1960s building, just steps from the beach in Mar del Plata.
A studio apartment—20 m² with great potential but clearly outdated.
Its new owner bought it as an investment, with the idea of offering it as a short-term rental or listing it on platforms like Airbnb. That’s where we came in.

From the start, the vision was clear: we didn’t just want to “refurbish,” we wanted to reinvent the space. We gave this compact apartment a fresh, contemporary look, with subtle coastal vibes—avoiding clichés.
We replaced all gas appliances with electric ones to simplify the renovation—a strategic and functional decision—and designed every corner so that the result feels airy, contemporary, and impeccably finished.

The heart of the project was the design: a minimal, trendy, and well-thought-out proposal that transforms the limited square meters into an aesthetic, comfortable experience. We added custom furniture, storage solutions that didn’t exist before, and details that bring real value—like our custom-designed trundle bed, which offers an extra bed without invading the space.
Perfect for a couple with a child or a group of three, this once ordinary apartment became a cool and functional spot, ideal for guests who want to stay a few days and feel at home—with style. The before-and-after says it all.
